Western Region Elders Forum
We are a Home and Community Care (HACC) funded centre based day care program.
HACC services are for people who are frail and elderly or are younger and have a disability of some kind. HACC also services the carers of these people.
Kura Yerlo Western Region Elders Forum are members of the Council of Aboriginal Elders of South Australia. Come on and join the Elders Council.
We meet fortnightly to have a chat, share a meal and have a coffee or two.
